Name: Ursus, Banjo
Game/Series: Banjo-Kazooie
Age & Grade Level: 19, Senior
Personality: Banjo is an overall sweet and loveable kinda guy. It's really hard to dislike him, unless you happen to have a thing against bears. He's usually trying to keep his partner, Kazooie, out of trouble with teachers and other students, along with just keeping her in her classes, but usually doesn't succeed due to his lack of forceful nature. Banjo can be easygoing and a bit lazy when it comes to moving around too much, so he often becomes tired easily. He's also a bit confused with some of the things in the world, but his love of adventure pushes him forward through everything. In all essentiality, Banjo is your typical, if a bit lazy, heroic bear.
Backstory: Banjo, along with Kazooie, have saved their home from Gruntilda the Witch two times now. Now that she's been quiet for a long time, they were a bit bored, until Kazooie heard mention of Suma Bura, which she insisted they go to, under the reasoning that Banjo should learn something and not just be a stupid fuzzball for the rest of his life. They got through several years of Suma Bura together before Banjo received a letter from Mumbo Jumbo, who needed some help getting his shop set up. Banjo decided to help his shaman friend, and asked Kazooie to stay behind and keep learning, along with keeping notes of his courses so he doesn't fall behind in his studies. Kazooie did so, although a bit reluctantly, for she did not want to go to school without her friend. Soon, Banjo headed off to Suma Bura again, having successfully helped out Mumbo (and being pestered by Kazooie via mail). Banjo is eager to continue his school life and reunite with Kazooie, amongst his other friends.
Anything Else?: Banjo does have a human form, but really doesn't prefer one form to the other, it all depends on his mood.
In-Character Example Post: Well, looks like I'm back in school, not like it's a bad thing, I just feel kinda weird having worked with Mumbo for so long to be back in such a so..soc..what's the word..social? place again. It's good to be back though! I missed everyone a lot, and caught up on all the things that had happened while I was gone. Kazooie seemed a bit too proud to have caused so much trouble around the school. Oh well, it's Kazooie, and I wasn't around to keep her out of it..even though it's hard to stop her from causing trouble even when I'm right next to her. With all these stories, I'm surprised by how strange this school can be, even though I've been here for several years. Guess I forget these things easily, huh? Oh! And I got my backpack back! I felt kinda naked without it, to be honest.
It's getting late, and I'm tired from just coming back and moving all my stuff back in, so I'm heading off to bed now. Hopefully I won't sleep in and miss my first class...
